Armelle Dushime is an education strategist, international education consultant, and the founder of AD&Co. Education — a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding global education access for students across Sub-Saharan Africa.

With over a decade of experience in the U.S. education sector, Armelle brings deep expertise in higher education access, student success, and strategic program design. She holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and has spent nearly 10 years guiding thousands of students through the college application process — from discovery to enrollment — with a special focus on first-generation and underrepresented students.

Born in Burundi and educated in both African and Western systems, Armelle offers a unique perspective on the disparities in global education. Her personal and professional journey has made one thing clear: while talent is universal, opportunity is not. That insight fuels her commitment to bridging the gap between ambition and access for African students and institutions.

Through AD&Co. Education, she partners with students, families, schools, and governments to deliver personalized support, strategic guidance, and system-level solutions. She also leads corporate training and consults for organizations seeking to strengthen educational leadership, design impactful programming, and align with international best practices.
